ITech Consulting Solutions was founded in 1998 by David Pienta. David graduated from Florida State University in 2001 with a degree in Management Information Systems. David has worked as a Application Developer for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Keane Inc., and the Institute for Intergovernmental Research. David has over 13 years of experience in various technologies, including: MS Office (including Access), Visual Basic, Coldfusion, C# .Net, jQuery, HTML 5, SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services.

David has officiated various sports for over 23 years. Some of the leagues David has called in include: Panahandle (junior college Baseball, Non-Conference), NAIA (Thomas University), Chipola Junior College (junior college Softball, Non-Conference), FHSAA (High School), ASA Softball, Babe Ruth Baseball, Cal Ripken Baseball, Dizzy Dean Baseball. David has umpired national softball and baseball tournaments.

David has served as the public address announcer for FSU Volleyball and the Wakulla High School Lady War Eagle Soccer teams.
